Distance between outlets is calculated based on our predetermined method and may differ from the actual distance.
Please make reservations for one-way drives (layovers) as early as possible.
Sudden changes made just before departure or during the trip may not be able to meet your request.
Please be sure to obtain the approval of the departing outlet before making any changes.
If you return the vehicle to an unscheduled location without our approval, you will be charged a separate penalty.
Penalty fee for the location change will be "The cost of forwarding required due to the change of return location " x 200%
(For Hokkaido and Okinawa, vehicles cannot be dropped off in other prefectures. (Separate fees are set for the area within Hokkaido.)
Fees for Kobe - Tokushima area (Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge and Onaruto Bridge), Okayama - Takamatsu area (Seto-Ohashi Bridge), and Fukuyama - Matsuyama area (Shimanami Kaido) include bridge tolls.
There are some outlets that cannot offer one way drop-off service. Please ask for more details at the departure outlet.
