1. Acquisition and use of personal information
We acquire personal information only to the extent necessary for our business (car rental, other products and services we handle, etc.). Personal information shall be acquired appropriately only after the purpose of use is clearly disclosed to the customer and the customer's consent is obtained. It shall be used appropriately and within the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. We will not handle personal information beyond the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use (unauthorized use). (11) For other circumstances, such as exercising rights and fulfilling obligations based on contracts or laws and regulations.
2. Provision of personal information (provision to third parties)
We may provide personal information provided by a customer to third parties with the consent of the customer. In addition, when we outsource our business operations (computer operations, payment settlement operations, customer management, handling of customer inquiries, and all other operations) to a third party, personal information may be entrusted to said outsourced company after taking protective measures.
