Please check the outlet details page. ※Some outlets do not handle ETC cards. ※In case renting ETC card, you may not be able to drop off at some outlets. Please ask the returning outlet or NISSAN Rent a Car reservation center in advance.
■Please use the ETC card in compliance with the ETC System Usage Regulations. ※ETC System Usage Regulations (link to external site) ■ Please manage your ETC card at your own responsibility. The user himself/herself will be responsible for any damage caused by unauthorized use by a third party. In case of loss, theft, or damage, you will be required to pay JP¥3,000 and consumption tax as compensation. ■Toll fees during the rental period will be paid in full based on the information recorded on the IC chip of the ETC card when returning the rental car. ※Some price adjustments or discounts are not recorded on the IC chip. (Adjustment of transfer fees when roads are closed, ETC discount services of some road operators) ※As this is a rental ETC card, unlimited ride plans and tour discounts cannot be used. ■If your ETC card is lost or stolen, please contact the pick-up store. (Unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the customer, the customer will not be responsible for any tolls used after the day after the departure store is notified of the loss or theft.) ■In the following cases, if the toll is found to be unpaid at a later date, additional payment will be required. ・If you find out that you forgot to declare the usage fee ・When the travel history and amount cannot be confirmed due to an ETC card or payment machine malfunction ・If for some reason the vehicle is returned to a store where the traffic history cannot be confirmed. ■If we receive an inquiry from a road operator regarding an ETC card user (including after the usage period has ended), we will disclose the user's personal information such as name, address, and contact information upon request. ■If the rental car or ETC card is not returned even after the scheduled period of use has ended, we will ask the road operator to suspend use of the loaned ETC card. In addition, we will not be responsible for any accidents caused by card suspension. ■NISSAN Rent a Car is not responsible for resolving any disputes or compensating for damages arising from the use of the ETC system. ■No limit However, monthly payments will be made for renting exceeding one month. ■ Subleasing to a third party is not allowed. When using ETC card rental, please agree to the "NISSAN Rent a Car ETC Card Rental Important Explanation'' at the rental store. If you have any questions, please ask the store staff.
