Reservation Cancellation Fee
If a reservation is cancelled, the following cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that we may cancel your reservation if we are not notified more than one hour before the scheduled departure time.

Reservation cancellation fee is limited to JP¥6,600 (tax included).
Payment of Charges
Full payment is required at the time of pick-up. Any additional charges (extension, gasoline, etc.) will be settled upon return. ※As a general rule, please pay by credit card.
Gasoline Fee
Customers are responsible for the cost of gasoline. The customer must return a full tank of gas at a designated gas station or pay us the amount calculated in accordance with odometer reading. Due to the high number of accidents caused by spilled gasoline at self-service stations, please do not add more gasoline to your tank when filling up.
Contracted Time Extension Fee
If you extend the contract period, you will be charged an extension fee based on the extended time at the time of return. ※Please be sure to contact the pick-up store if you wish to extend the contract period.
One-Way Drop-Off fee
You can set the store you rent from and the store you return to separately. ※You will be charged the following drop-off fee according to the distance between the departure store and the return store.

4WD Fee
If a 4WD vehicle is specified, an additional JP¥1,650 (tax included) per day will be charged. However, EXTRAIL is excluded. ※For rentals of up to one month, the maximum rental period is 15 days.
High Season Rates
High season rates will be applied to all vehicle types except commercial vehicle for departures between 4/29 and 5/5, 7/20 and 8/31, and 12/28 and 1/5. In the case of departures during the above periods, the entire rental period will be subject to the high season fee.

The Hokkaido high season fare applies to departures between 4/29 and 5/5 and 7/1 and 8/31.
However, special summer rates will be applied during the period of 7/1-8/31 in Hokkaido area.
Late-night rental fee
A late-night rental fee of JP¥1,100 (tax included) will be charged for departures and returns between 22:00 and 4:59 the following day. A total of JP¥2,200 (including tax) will be charged for both departing and returning within the applicable time period.
Other Special Fee
Rates for islands (Rishiri Island, Rebun Island, Okinawa Prefecture) and overseas (Guam) are determined separately. All other matters related to the rental of vehicles are in accordance with the "Rental Agreement".

ISO-FIX※We offer both baby seats and child seats, some passenger cars and commercial vehicles cannot be installed. Please contact us for details.
※Up to two baby seats or child seats may be rented per vehicle.(More than two junior seats can be rented.) However, the maximum number of passengers may not be able to be accommodated due to the need for seating space when using a seat.
Sales Tax
Consumption tax is included in the total rental price (excluding non-operation charge).
