How to make a rental car reservation
From the homepage, Date and time, Outlet, Vehicle You can easily make a rental car reservation by selecting the date, time, outlet, and vehicle from the homepage. You can also discard the conditions you have selected and select them again from the beginning by clicking the Nissan Rent a Car logo mark on each screen.

Select Reservation Conditions
Select your reservation conditions.2
Check Available Rates
Availability and rates will be displayed. After selecting the vehicle of your choice, you can also select options and coverage.3
Reservation Confirmation (Rate Confirmation)
Confirm your reservation. Please confirm the rate.4
Registration Complete
Reservation is complete. A reservation confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.Select the date and time
Select the departure and return date and time from the calendar and time pull-down menus that appear when you press the date and time field.
The time is specified every 30 minutes.
Reservations can be made from as little as one hour to six months in advance, depending on the outlet and rate class selected.
Selectable dates may be limited due to campaign periods, etc.
Select a outlet
Departure and return outlets are selected from the panel that appears when the outlet field is pressed. Outlets can be searched and selected by prefecture, airport, or Shinkansen station, as well as by free word.
The "Search from current location"button allows you to search for and select a outlet on the displayed map. The "Same as Departure Outlet"is set in the "Return Outlet"field, but you can select a return outlet if you wish to drop off your car.
If the departure date and time you have already selected is outside the business hours of the outlet you selected, an error message will appear and you will not be able to select a outlet.
If an error message is displayed, please change the date and time or the outlet.
Select a vehicle
Select a vehicle from the panel that appears when you press the "Vehicle"button. You can select a vehicle by type or by usage scenario. You can also specify 4WD.
Once all conditions have been specified, the "Proceed with Reservations (Availability Inquiry)"button will appear and you can proceed with your reservations.
Check availability and rates
After selecting the criteria, the availability of vehicles with the specified reservation conditions will be displayed.
Select the available classes and options/compensation, etc., and proceed to the next step.
Confirm Reservation Details
This is the screen for final confirmation of all information related to the reservation, including the reservation conditions selected by the customer.
A link to modify the information is also provided in the upper right corner of each information field.
The reservation is not yet confirmed, but is confirmed by clicking the "Make Reservation"button at the bottom of the page.
Reservation Complete
This screen confirms that you have completed your reservation.
Please print or save your reservation number, as it will be needed to check your reservation.
